Zanbato - Japanese horse killing sword (o-katana)

This is a very very long sword that probably cannot be used to practice a typical martial art. The blade length of this sword is longer than the entire length of a typical sword. The handle length is about 30 cm, the blade length is about 100 cm. 

At customer's request, we made this zanbato, or a Japanese horse killing sword. Another challenge was to make the blade in hirazukiri profile to reduce the weight of the blade and shifting the balance towards the handle.
